Foundational Course – Program Policies

This document supplements the Website Terms & Conditions and governs participation in the Foundational Course: Unmask Your Strength: A Survivor’s Path to Thriving.
By enrolling in the program, you agree to the following:
Program Scope & Nature of Services
Unmask Your Strength: A Survivor’s Path to Thriving is a structured, trauma-informed, coaching-based educational program.
This program:

• Provides educational content, guided reflection, and facilitated group discussions

Offers tools for coping, identity development, and personal growth

Does not provide therapy, medical treatment, psychological diagnosis, or crisis stabilization

Does not establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, or medical provider-patient relationship
Participation is voluntary. Engagement with course material is at your own discretion.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, severe PTSD symptoms, suicidal ideation, or feel unsafe, you must seek licensed professional support immediately.
Emotional Risk Acknowledgment
The course addresses trauma-related topics and emotional processing.
Participation may involve emotional discomfort, triggering, or temporary distress.
By enrolling, participants acknowledge:

Personal responsibility for self-regulation is required

Licensed mental health support should be sought when appropriate

Adrienne Sharee Enterprise, LLC is not liable for emotional or psychological responses arising from participation
Healing requires safety. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace.
Weekly Live Call Participation & Group Safety
The Foundational Course includes optional but strongly encouraged weekly 60-minute live processing calls.
These are structured coaching sessions focused on integration, reflection, and skill-building. They are not therapy sessions and are not designed for detailed trauma recounting.
To maintain group integrity and emotional safety, participants agree to:

Maintain strict confidentiality

Attend from a private, distraction-free location

Keep cameras on during live sessions

Refrain from recording sessions

Avoid graphic or detailed trauma recounting

Engage respectfully
Live sessions are not recorded by Adrienne Sharee Enterprise, LLC.
The facilitator reserves the right to:

Redirect conversations
-
Mute participants
-
Remove participants from sessions
-
Discontinue participation without refund if guidelines are violated
If a participant misses multiple live sessions, they may request placement in a future cohort, subject to availability and facilitator approval.
Course materials remain accessible regardless of live attendance.
Course Access Policy
Participants receive access to course materials for six (6) months from the date of the final live session of their enrolled cohort.
Access is non-transferable and non-extendable.
After the six-month access period expires, materials will no longer be available unless otherwise stated in writing.
Live session replays are not provided.
Payment & Refund Policy
Program investment: $297 (unless otherwise stated in writing).
Refunds are available only if requested in writing prior to the official course start date.
Once the course has begun or access has been granted, all payments are non-refundable.
If a payment plan is selected:

All scheduled payments must be completed in full

Payment obligations remain even if participation is discontinued
Enrollment is non-transferable without written approval.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting Adrienne Sharee Enterprise, LLC to resolve concerns may result in immediate removal from the program and revocation of access.
Communication & Support Boundaries
Participants may email questions related to course content or logistics.

Please allow 24–48 business hours for responses during designated business days.
If you are experiencing emotional instability or crisis, contact licensed mental health support or emergency services in your area.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, workbooks, exercises, and resources are the intellectual property of Adrienne Sharee Enterprise, LLC.
Participants may not:

Distribute

Record

Share

Reproduce
-
Resell
any portion of the materials without written permission.
Unauthorized distribution may result in removal from the program and legal action where appropriate.
