Welcome to Adrienne Sharee Enterprise, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online courses, digital materials, live sessions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

 

By accessing, enrolling in, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older unless otherwise authorized in writing.

 

By accessing or enrolling in any course or service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Intellectual Property & Use of Services

All course content, digital materials, videos, written resources, graphics, workbooks, exercises, and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Adrienne Sharee Enterprise, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

 

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, share, record, or resell any content without prior written consent

  • Alter materials for unauthorized purposes

  • Claim ownership of proprietary content

 

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

Payments and Refunds

Program investment amounts are stated at the time of enrollment.

 

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Refunds are available only if requested in writing prior to the official program start date.

  • Once the program has begun or access has been granted, all payments are non-refundable.

  • Payment plans, where offered, must be completed in full regardless of participation level.

  • Enrollment is non-transferable without written approval.

 

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting Adrienne Sharee Enterprise, LLC to resolve concerns may result in immediate removal from the program and revocation of access.

Program-Specific Policies

Participation in any course, cohort, workshop, or coaching program offered by Adrienne Sharee Enterprise, LLC is additionally governed by the applicable Program Policies, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of these Terms.

 

By enrolling in a program, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable Program Policies in addition to these Terms.

 

Program Policies may include, but are not limited to:

  • Live call participation guidelines

  • Payment and refund terms

  • Communication boundaries

  • Emotional risk acknowledgment

  • Course access duration and limitations

 

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific Program Policies, the Program Policies shall control with respect to that program.

Confidentiality & Community Expectations

Adrienne Sharee Enterprise, LLC aims to create a respectful and supportive environment.

 

You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared stories or sensitive information in group spaces

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

  • Participate in good faith

 

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Remove participants from live sessions

  • Restrict or revoke access

  • Discontinue participation without refund

 

if behavior compromises safety, confidentiality, or respect standards.

Health & Coaching Disclaimer

All content and Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

 

The Services:

  • Do not constitute therapy, medical care, psychological treatment, or crisis intervention

  • Do not establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, or medical provider-patient relationship

 

If you are in crisis or require therapeutic support, contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in trauma-informed educational content may involve emotional discomfort.

 

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • Emotional responses may occur

  • You are responsible for your own mental and emotional well-being

  • You will seek professional support if needed

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adrienne Sharee Enterprise, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Participation in the Services

  • Application or interpretation of materials

  • Emotional or psychological responses

  • Technical interruptions or platform failures

 

Use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk.

 

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

 

Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama.
